Before the formation of the Super Saigon eatery, founder of La Juiceria, Annabelle Co-Martinent along with her partners have teamed up and recognized the gap in the market for delicious healthy food. With that, they launched this popular eatery called Super Saigon Pho Cafe.

The co-founder of La Juiceria, Kong Len Win, put in a lot of work into setting up this restaurant; by visiting his regular Pho restaurant in Melbourne and asking them if they would like to sell their recipe. After a little convincing, the owner agreed to train Kong and his team at the outlet.

After multiple tries and experiments, Kong, along with his team, has successfully delivered a taste profile that is suitable for Malaysians, and bring about a thriving eatery that is Super Saigon.
