Tips for Making Chrysanthemum Tea

The petals of the dried chrysanthemum fall off easily, especially in hot water. Hence, if you dislike the petals getting in the way while you drink, be sure to tie your teabag after putting in the chrysanthemum tea.

Alternatively, you can replace teabags with cheesecloth or tea strainers. Another better option is to use teapots with built-in filters.

It has a persistent and robust flavour. Therefore, the leaves in the tea bag or strainer can continue to steep in new batches of hot water for another 2-3 rounds.
